Refund & Return Policy
We stand by our belief that our consumers will be completely satisfied with their experience and purchase here at Fenwayphoto.com. However, if you are discontented with your purchase here, we have an easy and quick return process you can go through.
- The return or exchange of a product must be made within 14 days of acquiring the shipment at the shipping address.
- There must be an RMA number placed on the outside of the box of your returned shipment. We will not accept returns without the use of an RMA number. We will refuse any unauthorized packages that are returned to us.
- The issued RMA number will be valid for 10 days.
- The products must be returned unused and must include all the original manufacturing packaging materials and accessories.
- In order to keep the products in mint condition, make sure to secure the package within an outer box. Do not place any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Shipping and handling for all returns, exchanges, and refused shipments as well as return freight and return customs fee are non-refundable.
- Any incomplete returns will be refused.
- We are unaccountable for any return shipments that are lost or delayed.
- We cannot accept any COD or freight-collect shipments.
- Any cancellation must be done via phone and prior to order processing, otherwise we will be unable to cancel the order.
- Digital media & Memory card are not refundable
- We charge a twenty percent restocking fee on all purchases

Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect whether the product is shipped with an authorized RMA number and that the product has not been tampered with. We will credit your account upon inspection, but please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account. The refund will be fashioned in the same manner as the transaction for the payment on the purchase occurred. If we find the packages to be damaged or abused, we will not accept the return.
In the case of packages or discounted orders, acknowledge that they’d be given at a reduced rate and cannot be partially refunded or returned. The authorized RMA number for discounted packages are issued only for the complete return of these packages. We will not accept a partial or incomplete return of discounted packages or orders.
If a bundle is purchased but only a part of the bundle is returned to us, the discount for the bundle is void. The total of the bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. For instance, if you receive $200 in savings for purchasing a laptop and a printer together and only one of those 2 products is returned, the $200 bundle savings will be subtracted from your refund.
If a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you buy a camera that includes a free memory card, the total value of the memory card will be deducted from the refund if the memory card is not returned with the camera.

*Fenwayphoto is not held accountable for any damage that was done to a product consequentially or incidentally. If a product is substandard, they can be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for either the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model of the item purchased
